Best Sushi
While DK Kodama’s successful Sansei restaurant is more than just sushi–he loaded the menu with gobs of wonderful Japanese cuisine, all bearing his special touches–it’s the sushi that has our readers excited. Sansei’s substantial list of rolls, nigiri and sashimi have been groundbreaking, and despite lots of efforts to make inventive sushi around the island, it’s Sansei’s maki that gets craved most.
